it's one or the other.
but there's
no way of knowing. i've
checked her
Facebook page and it's stalled,
stuck on
the same picture she posted
of a cake,
back in July.
her phone goes to voice mail
every time i try.
she was always talking about
moving to the Villages
in Florida,
she said it looked like a swell
place to live,
so many like-minded people,
all having fun
in the autumn of their
lives.
a postcard,
or text would be nice.
