do i ponder
going to Canada, or Cuba,
or Costa Rica,
maybe Malta
to have
the surgery performed,
where medical care
is cheap
or free,
or do i go to
the Kaiser facility in
Springfield
where they have good
lighting
and the scalpels and
hands are clean
and there's not three hundred
people
lined out the door?
