at the television in living
color,
another show,
another binge, my mind
wanders to
an aquarium
with colorful fish
swimming about,
the white sand
at the bottom,
the plastic castle
that they swim
through
and around,
the swing and sway
of green plastic
plants below.
is there a difference
between what
i'm watching and
an aquarium.
not much.
