you can tell
what season we are in by
what aisles
of the grocery store
are most crowded,
almost
impossible to
navigate through.
it's the bakery aisle at the moment.
i can hardly
push my
cart through as i pick up
flour and confectionary
sugar,
parchment paper,
and
bags of semi-sweet chocolates,
brown sugar too.
