no running, no food, no alcohol,
or beverages
in glass containers,
no jumping
off the side of the pool,
no diving,
no smoking,
no radios, or loud music
of any sort.
no children with diapers,
or under
the age of five
without supervision.
no protesting
or chanting out political
slogans,
no loud conversations,
no card playing,
no gambling,
no nude sunbathing.
no pets of any kind.
no swimming laps
or hanging on the rope
even if drowning.
no unnecessary splashing,
or playing of Marco Polo.
no inflatable objects or diving
for coins.
everyone must use
the ladder to get in and
the ladder to get out
of the pool.
no eating prior
to entering the pool.
a shower before entering
the pool area
with soap is a must
and will be observed.
one guest with each ID
is allowed.
they must have three forms
of ID's to validate
their true identity
and be US citizens or on a work
Visa status.
pool passes are only issued to those
up to date
on their condo fees.
everything will be recorded
in case of infractions
resulting in swift and severe
punishment.
