into the big chair, the lights
dimmed
and begin
to watch
an old movie in black and white.
it feels
like home.
you know the actors,
the plot
is a straight line
to the end.
it's rational and clean,
there's no
preaching
of morality or the left
or right wing.
it's just a movie that
moves along
and satisfies, before
you turn it off and go up
to sleep.
