name a country

where it's flourished

and the people

are happy.

Cuba, Venezuela,

Russia,

China?

all run by dictators,

promising the world,

and yet, here we are.

we'll do it right this time.

shame on the rich,

on the entrepreneurs,

the business owners

who provide

jobs to the masses.

shame on the brilliant

leaders

and innovators

of growth and health.

let's spread the wealth

around,

let's give it to the lazy

and dumb,

the criminals

pretending to be victims.

let them have everything

they haven't

earned.

let's suck off the teat

of the government

until runs dry.

why work?

why be part

of the democracy

that made this country great,

but maybe not

for long.
