adding
to their stories on Facebook.
trips overseas,
cakes
they've made.
grandchildren on swings.
someone is eating
a cheeseburger
in China.
another is displaying
a cast
on their arm
from a motorcycle accident.
i need to
post something too
that everyone
can read
and enjoy, or shake their
heads at.
but i've got nothing.
nothing new.
it would be nice though
to have a few
likes, and thumbs up
from my so-called friends,
maybe a heart
or two
to keep me going
and away
from the ledge.
