being let out on
the street to do the same
things again
again.
rob, steal, murder, rape,
assualt.
they lock them up for
an hour or so,
then let them go
after a love
tap on their hand,
a few meals
and a new set of clothes.
it's a revolving door.
the criminal is the victim,
and the victim
is no more.
