i go

to the beach

on the eastern shore,

i travel

to Europe, to South

America,

to Philly

then Miami, but the only

thing on my

mind is

going home.

i yawn at the Great Wall

of China,

i take at nap on the edge

of the Grand Canyon,

i feel lonely

in Times Square.

i only think about getting

home again,

to peace and quiet.

there is nothing

of interest left

for me to see.
