we begin to brainstorm
solutions on how
to make things better.
i suggest
getting volunteers from
the penitentiary
and putting them into the space
program.

to Mars could be someone
like Lizzie Borden,
or Al Capone,
or maybe a couple like
Bonnie and Clyde.
anyone walking the green mile
would be perfect
for space travel.
their reports back could
be invaluable.
why not? why waste a single
life,
they're doomed anyway.
it's a win win
for everyone involved.
they could pave the way
for a new
world to live on, and start
over with a clean
slate.
