i got this

down to one meal
a day,
i'm no longer hungry.
no longer
reaching
for the bag of chips,
the cookies,
the sodas,
candy.
it's not as hard as i
thought it would be.
the discipline
has changed
my life, my way of 
thinking about food
and temptation.
i'll work on the other
things later.
but for now.
i got this.
