sometimes you need
just a nibble
of something sweet.
dark chocolate, or a small
slice
of cake would be nice,
just a bite.
a spoon of rocky road,
or lick
from a sugar cone.
a handful
of candy, something
small
and sweet,
even your lips against
mine
would suffice,
a kiss would be dandy.
