when
the rocket blows up
nine
minutes into the flight,
there is laughter
and applause,
hand shakes,
the control room is filled
with joy,
delighted at the explosion
in the sky.
we've come so far
this time.
what a success
it's been.
ten million dollars spent,
but well worth
it.
the next flight we're hoping
for ten minutes
in the air
before it blows up again.
