where is the truck?

i look outside the window
for my delivery.

i can't remember what i bought,
but i know something

is on its way.
maybe a book, or piece of art,
or shoes,

or a shirt. a cap.
stretch socks.

more things i don't need
are coming.

but where oh where is
the truck? brown or white,

maybe blue with stripes.
it makes no
never mind to me.

just get here before i go
to sleep.
