if i didn't
run five miles a day,
four
days a week,
play basketball
three times
a week,
do a hundred sit ups per
day,
fifty push ups
and ride my bike on
the weekends,
i'd think i was getting soft.
not to mention
climbing ladders
onto rooftops
and painting and wallpapering
a countless number
of rooms,
if i stopped doing any
of this,
i'd feel i was slipping.
still do,
although not as much
as i use to.
