do i forget where i put my keys,
my wallet,
my phone,
have i left
the stove
on after
boiling water,
have i left the door
unlocked
all night.
have i left a bag
of groceries
in the car?
of course i have.
but it doesn't mean
a thing.
i'm still as sharp
as ever,
and those sunglasses
on my head,
no worries,
i'll find them soon
enough.
