as perhaps
you should be.
in fact, you're
downright cranky,
crotchety,
and annoyed.
you've gotten off on
the wrong foot,
climbing out
of the wrong
side of the bed for some
reason.
maybe later you can
count your
blessings, but for now,
before that first cup of coffee
goes down,
the world will have to just
deal with your
obvious frown.
