six inches of snow by morning
my knees
take
turns on which one
hurts most
on any given day.
rain
seems to play into it.
snow
and cold air,
too.
i can easily predict the weather
with each knee.
i've applied
at the news station
for a job
to be
the weatherman,
but they just laughed
at me.

Robert and Bruce
time to build another Noah's Ark
his mother's son
vertical leaps
another red flag ignored
after a large pepperoni pizza with jalapeno peppers
the grey same day
they come and go
Esther, his Achille's heel
another world
the evil curse of algae
the reading of his poems
town down by the river
the shelf life of news
the carton of eggs
the dog is on her wish list
happy father's day, she says
so many hours saved
the brief stage
it's true, i heard it on the news
Stone Henge in Chicago
two nil
no more schleps to the office
waiting on a white headstone
vinyl records
rich man poor man
Burlington Factory
best to count the wins
the lemonade pool
father's day hallucination
something for them to cheer about
the bucket list of what not to do
have you met my friend President Lincoln?
they be smoking the wacky weed
pretending to be an orange
business as usual
breathing exercise for the hopeless
what are summers for?
after the handshake
the crow of a rooster
Iron Butterfly
the train is coming
time to burn and loot, we won
that ticking clock
he knew it was me all along
Jurassic park beneath the bed
one random phone call
what's wrong with these people?
the hot dog catasrophe
Amazon Returns
the road up to Ephesus
the last lunch together
the chase is at last over
they work hard for their tips
the leftist coffee shop
the thin blue line
the flickering light
another end of the world
drum roll, please
the twin sisters at 80
the salt of work
love frozen in time
of course she knows
my oh my how time flies
who's next
can we just be friends?
perfectly imperfect
who needs people anymore?
who is she today
better than me
don't bite your nails
still don't get it
he could jump and kick like a kangaroo
you're going to need a new cabin filter too
the four line obituary
not quite over the divorce
the age of bliss
no room at the inn
world war eleven
the chicken in me
out shopping, be back soon
the travel bug
something fishy going on here
the summer carnival in town
it's a mad mad mad woke world
the dizzying ride
the girl who loved horses
some people are never happy
my eyes be bugging out yo
the blue bin virtue signal
the apology bouquet of flowers
the glacier like vote tally in California
friends with benefits
running for Senator in Maine
the lost dog
Heavenly Blue
morning affirmations
the aging snow bird
running red lights
six inches of snow by morning
the small print of food
waiting for the weekend
maybe we gave him too much
let's give it ago
the fast night
Seattle bound
time for the next flood
a song for you
the least resistant path
so far, so good
Sugar Anonymous
the shower down the hall
when the curtain rises
