bored and antsy
with this office meeting,
the third
one today,
i stare
out the window.
there must
be something i can gaze
at
and wake me
up, to keep me from
falling asleep
and begin snoring.
and there
far off in the field
is a cow
eating grass.
i focus on that for awhile.
