sweeping the room

there is therapy

in

the long broom,

the wooden handle being

pulled,

the swish

of nylon strands

across the dusty room.

cleanliness

being close

to Godliness

as they say, but in 

the end,

not so.

my mind and heart

are both still filled

with trouble.
