we plan a trip
to the shore, to the eastern
shore,
then talk about new York,
or paris,
maybe Italy too.
we ponder the cruise,
the jet,
the news.
in time, we say,
sitting out with a drink
on the long
white deck.
all in good time.
but for now this is good.
this is real,
and easy,
let's watch the stars
appear,
then go inside.
