monkey business

i fall in love

with a girl who speaks no English.

she speaks

French

and German,

Italian,

but not a word

of English.

but we hit it off.

thankfully i've seen

the documentary with

Jane Goodall

and KoKo the gorilla.

i know

how to signal

for thirst or food,

for sleep,

and for fooling around

later.

i'm all over this monkey

business

without uttering

a sound.
