of seasons, is an easy one
to apply
to our lives.
the tragedy of being
cut down in spring,
the hot
summers
of youth,
where love overflows,
old age and the falling
of leaves,
our hair full of snow.
it's easy
to see how things go
when we take
notice,
no need to read poetry,
or to study Shakespeare,
just look out the window,
look into the mirror.
