no longer as adventurous
as i used
to be.
i stick with lasagna
on the menu,
steering clear
of clams or snails
to eat.
i buy Japanese
when it
comes to cars.
i go with cotton sheets.
and stay
away from women
in perpetual therapy.
i'm no longer in a hurry,
i drive in
the right lane,
taking the back roads
to enjoy
the scenery.
