yellow sticky notes all over
the place
on the fridge,
the table,
the bed post.
reminders
of things for me
to do before
the day is over.
i'm so busy now that i'm
retired.
i think she's trying
to get me
out of the house.
she's not used to me being
around.
i get it though,
i don't like being home
with her
either.
the years seem to be getting
longer.
