we live a good life without
celebrities
telling us
what to eat or wear, or what
to read.
how to lose weight,
or keep
our skin smooth
and moisturized,
and now
because of their enormous
wisdom,
and spotlight,
they tell us who to vote
for.
it used
to be intellectuals,
writers
and poets,
philosophers and sages,
religious leaders who tried
to give us
insights
on life,
but now it's Oprah.
