there are other reasons
why they
arrested you.
you have a boatload
of excuses
as to why you're
the victim,
not the actual victim.
it's your gender, your
color,
your faith,
the way you look.
your blue
hair, your tattooed face
sure you killed someone,
but you didn't
mean it.
so go on your way, have
a nice day.
no wonder people are
crawling
across the desert,
swimming oceans
and cutting barbed wire
to get in.
