to wear
this new white sweater i bought
yesterday,
but is it too hot out?
will i get looks
and raising of eyebrows,
shaking their heads
at my fashion faux pas.
is it
too early for fall clothes?
i stick my head out
the window
and check the weather on
my phone.
fifty tonight.
maybe i can get away with
it, but i'll bring a dress
shirt just in case.
