beware of those that pray

beware of those who put
extra into the basket
on Sunday.
beware if they know the
priests by name
and all the saints.
they have ashes on their forehead,
and play
religious music
all day.
beware, there's something
going on here,
a deep deep sin that won't
be washed away.
