it wasn't easy
scrubbing my life down,
getting
free from the toxicity
of others.
but I did it
with the scrub brush of
therapy
and books,
you tube videos,
prayer,
and a few new friends
who've
done the same.
when the light goes on
inside of you,
it beams out from your eyes.
exposing anyone
abusive,
anyone full of bullshit
and lies.
