meditation

breathe, she says.
sit
and be still.
relax, take a deep breath,
hold it,
hold it,
then exhale.
let it all out, clear
your lungs,
your soul,
your heart and mind
of fear,
of doubt.
let the darkness
turn into light.
do it again, slower
now.
let go. let go of
everything.
breathe in, breathe
out.
you are not alone, you
are loved.
you are one
with all that's good,
all
that is above.
