a lucky dime

I found a lucky dime
the other day.
Wilson on the front.
the sun hit it just right
before I passed by,
so I picked it up
and put it in my pocket.
when I got home I put
it in the green bowl
on the counter where
my lucky pennies, nickels
and quarters
and all the other
lucky dimes
happily reside.
