the moment,
but then you move on
to who you were
before you heard it.
what book
what song
what piece of art,
what poem.
what thing written
now or a thousand
years ago will change
your life, alter
the course of your
destiny.
very little.
if you find faith in god
perhaps.
or if you find true
love.
one that will last,
that could be
another.
