we did it.
friends of friends.
a party.
a bar.
a picnic.
someone has a boat
and we all go
sailing.
the neighborhood too
was how we
met a love
or two, or three.
and now.
it's this keyboard. this
cold hard way
of typing
is what we do.
it's all about the picture,
a resume of quickly
written words.
it's rare that
chemistry
ever comes through.
