five phone calls i've received
from unknown numbers,
i'm in deep trouble with the irs,
about to be arrested
any minute now.
the cops are on their way.
social security has suspended
my accounts
and my credit cards
and identity have been stolen.
my computer is infected with
a virus, and someone
on amazon has ordered
an expensive camera
using my password and my name.
not to mention that the warranty
on my car has expired
and i'm about to lose my chance
to renew if i don't call back
right away. i used to worry
about library books being overdue,
my how things have changed.
