something in the sky

is that

a star in the sky.

or

a plane,

a bright angel

of some sort,

some far away planet,

something

unknown,

something strange.

a balloon perhaps

slipped away

from a child's hand,

or maybe it's nothing,

nothing

but the tears in my eyes

from crying.
