like running into people unexpectedly,
so i keep

i move about
with purpose,
avoiding any eye contact.

and small talk, or seldom
in the mood, but without

there's someone
who yells out, hey, hey.

how's the wife,
the kids,
work,
how's your health?
still living
in the same house?
