so now what do you do?

i remember like

it was

yesterday, forty years ago,

researching on how

to start

a business. 

what license do i need,

what insurance,

what about taxes and liability.

should it be

a corporate

enterprise, a partnership,

or a lone

wolf kind of thing.

do i need an office, what

about employees,

what about

a truck and tools and this

and that.

advertising,

and now, as i sit here,

with nothing to do,

i type in how to shut down a business.

or is it too soon?
