was full of everything he no longer
wanted
in his house.
everything was marked
one dollar,
his shirts and shoes,
his old television,
his fishing rods
and skates,
his old
computer, his couch.
he was willing
to negotiate down
as well.
but by the end of the weekend
nothing was sold, so
he carried
everything back in,
he'll try again
next spring.
the flea market being an annual
thing.
