down on top of the grassy
hill.
it's after midnight.
there seems to be nothing
between
me
and God
at this moment.
the cluster
of stars,
the blackness
of what lies beyond.
i've settled on nearly everything,
i blame no
one.
it's not over yet,
but
at times it feels close.
