in China
these days.
turn it over and there
it is,
the stamp of a far away
country staring
at us in the face.
the dishes,
the computer,
the clothes, the trinkets
and gizmos
we use every day.
shoes,
lamps
and stoves.
all wonderful things,
but
how much are they paying
these little
slave kids
to keep us
in ribbons and bows?
