which i bailed her out of.
no job,
no income.
and in the end there
was alimony
and child support.
half of every penny
i ever saved.
the house, the furniture,
the cars.
she was a genius
when i think about it,
sound asleep in bed
as i left the house
everyday to work
like a slave.
