i see
the mob throwing rocks
on a nice
summer day
hitting cars.
mostly police cars.
they've put down their baskets
full of fruit
and vegetables.
some of them have incredible
arms,
major league
skills
at throwing the long
ball.
the rocks sail through
the air
with tremendous speed
and accuracy.
i wonder
if the scouts are watching
the daily news,
looking
for new players
for their teams.
