is a strange animal.
full of it
one day,
and vague the next.
a thin hope you grip onto
as you ride
the rails
and scream.
it's a Ferris wheel,
a roller coaster,
a fun house
of emotions, tilting
life
this way and that.
even when you know
you should,
you forget sometimes
to pray.
