trees
planted,
sidewalks and roads
paved, the erection
of lights,
billboards
and signs,
but given enough
time,
it will all fade.
be emptied by wear
and time.
impoverished.
what was new is old
now, fallen and
abandoned.
no worries though,
new money
is coming
to revitalize the town.
