shyness,
the inability to stand in front
of people
you don't know
and make a speech.
the dry throat,
the mumbling of words,
the sweat
and fear of something
you can't quite explain.
what's the worst that can
happen though?
maybe it's being
found out,
being exposed as being
not the person
you claim to be.
confident and clever,
brave
and carefree.
