at the base
of an enormous building.
glass and steel,
an amazing feat of engineering,
do you believe
that it just appeared
out of nowhere.
that time went by, and
there it was?
never. instead
we believe
that someone, someone
brilliant
created it. it came
to be by intelligent
design.
and yet the bird in the sky,
or fish
in the sea,
or you or me,
we tend to think otherwise.
