a lovely bee flies by
she's a pretty bee
in her
black
and yellow cloak.
she smells
of honey, i like the sound
of her wings
the buzz
of her
is enticing.
should i let her land
on my hand
or arm,
or worse yet,
my heart.
should i allow her
to give
me that fateful sting,
before we
part?

maybe she'll call back
if you no longer want sex, get married
just say no
hard and caring
a quick stop along the way
when it all hits the fan
the Saragosa Sea
falling away
visiting her dead rescue dog
the three of us in bed
the road trip up north
tapping out
big bad Ruth
hatred back in style
so much and yet so little
chasing leaves
going the extra mile
in your own world
the green stuffed frog
coo coo for cocoa puffs
be patient
at least for the moment
until we know who
pumpkin time
Halloween all year
the slow trickle
land of the giants
what if?
turning down the invitation
high winds are coming
the communication network
leave it as it is
keeping all the candy
three nuns walk into a bar
where does it go?
pass me the popcorn, dear
the garage sale on Primrose Lane
burn baby burn
the Royal Cruise Ship
peep peep peep
the early morning tiff
maybe stripes this time
Apollo Blue
frosting the cake
hesitation
remember that guy?
the card game
the insanity
tomorrows breakfast
who is she exactly?
hold on tight, it's going to be a bumpy night
the circle is getting smaller
her flowered gloves
i turn, but no
Indian Summer
Chesty Morgan
be lazy, be late
you work, i'll wait says the kid
father and son time
vote early and often
the next great flood
clearing the calendar
the end of the world as we know
i'll call you on that
as the basket comes around
coffee and candy bars
forever young
small steps towards cold
you left your arugula
another set of keys
lost in America
the stupid pills
one more pina colada
whose side are you on?
i couldn't take it anymore
fear or fury
to build a fire
the rolodex on the wall
it's all temporary
all or nothing
read and learn, then run
the melting of lives
slip sliding away
the clogged drain
the scary couple next door
just having a little fun, she said
it's the MSG
those days are over
too busy saving the world
grad school thieves
a very deep sleep arrives
where did i put my good sword?
chicken necks
showing me her new baby
lessons learned early
change the channel
sip carefully
Biblical times
