i suppose

we were as equally stupid

when

young.

how quickly we forget

how

dumb we were

with so little knowledge

in our heads.

you cringe

at them as they tie

themselves

together

on the street, yelling

for peace.

clueless

small birds of a feather,

still living

in the nest,

going peep peep peep.
